I started my Christmas knitting already. Wow I’m going to be on time for a change. It’s usually a rush to finish gifts and mail them. 🙂 My niece’s gift is ready – mittens and a swirl hat in cream & pink. Can’t wait to see them on her.
The blue and cream hat and mittens are for her brother. And the red and white mittens are for my other nephew. When will I find the time to knit for my own kids? 😆
Just completed the hat and mittens for my other nephew – in his favourite colours red and white.
That hat is *adorable*.
Thank you 🙂
That hat reminds me of an ice cream cone, just love it. I have also started my Christmas knitting, I have a pair of socks on the needles right now. Perhaps I will finish on time as well, only time will tell.
Thank you!
It’s funny you mentioned an ice-cream cone. I used that analogy with the first hat like that I made:

This is a first for me – being on time for Christmas 😆 I’ll do my best to keep at it and ship it on time.
Have fun making the socks. I look forward to seeing a picture of them.
ditto! adorable!
Thank you! 🙂
Good on you for getting started (the hat set is lovely by the way). only wish I was that far forward with Christmas 😦
Thank you!
It’s a first for me. I usually don’t start until end of November and then there is no time to ship anything. So everyone gets their gift late. So this year I made sure I started early. It also gave me an excuse to buy some yarn 😉
That hat looks good enough to eat! I’m getting started with my Christmas craft this weekend, nice to know I’m not alone! Well done 🙂
Thank you!
Have fun with your Christmas crafts too. I’d love to see your creations. 🙂
I’m starting out with something easy… cards! I’ve always wanted to make my own, but never been organized enough! 🙂
I’ve always wanted to learn to make great cards. I never have the time so I love looking at cards other people make. A friend of mine is so good at it, I always look forward to holidays when she sends me beautifully crafted cards. 🙂
What a gorgeous hat, it looks like an ice-cream, you know one of those 2 coloured swirly ones.
😀 yes yummm 🙂 😆
So cute! 🙂
Thank you! 🙂
I’ve made a hat exactly like that!
Isn’t this pattern fun?! 🙂
Yes – and it’s incredibly forgiving too. I knitted it for a four/five year old but my ten year old can wear it too!
😆 I know why. I want one for myself 😀
I thought maybe in some sensible colour and then a self-striping flourescent to make it pop!
Yeah, I know. I have no sense of taste!
That sounds like fun actually 😀
Hi thanks for liking my page. I love the hat and the colour.
Thank you! I really like your blog. 🙂
Love that hat! The swirls look great.
Thank you! 🙂
Wow that is great! So adorable.
Thank you 🙂
Loved it so much 🙂 🙂
Thank you! 🙂

Thank you 🙂

That swirl hat is beautiful, really unusual and pretty.
Thank you 🙂
Everything looks amazing.
Thank you 🙂 I have so many Christmas projects in progress that I am not sure which Christmas I’ll be able to for finish them 😀
I hear you there. I got one of the grand babies afghans done but finishing up another and hoping I make it in the post in time.
love the ice cream swirl!
on a totally different topic – haha – i am fairly new to wordpress when i try to add in my “i sell on etsy” image in my sidebar the image will not show up… did you have troubles when you posted your image? thanks!
Thanks 🙂
I added mine with a text widget from the theme I’d chosen for my blog. Have you tried that? 🙂
