I know I know… it’s all about baking these days 🙂
The thing is, in Bulgaria we don’t “work” on big religious holidays. And by work I mean knitting, sewing, crafts… anything. You just bake, cook, eat, and spend all of your time with family. It’s not bad really 🙂 So for that reason, I couldn’t work on my knitting projects over the holidays. But I did make my famous Easter Bread and I made a cake, which was my first time trying this recipe. It’s yummy! Also, I cooked a lamb dinner with potatoes, carrots, asparagus, and mushrooms for Sunday night. It was delicious!
So here’s the cake I made for Easter and my boys loved it. The recipe is here.
Sound like when the little boys asked his Gran what she did for fun? We bake! Hehe
