Three-ingredient biscuits

These are fantastic! You have to try them!

The recipe calls for self-rising flour or make your own.  I made my own: for every cup of flour I added 1.5 tsp baking powder.  It works great.  Also, I used canned organic coconut milk which is a bit thicker.  I just didn’t have anything else.  But you can use anything: almond milk, or any other type of milk.  It’s so easy.  It took me exactly 30 min from start to finished baked biscuits.

  1. Yummy! Those look so cute. I’ve been making my own cookies for years, and recently I’ve been into making easy, healthy dog biscuits!

  2. My Mum and I tried them last night, and they were awesome. Big thumbs up from all the family 🙂 We had to do a double batch, because we had a few hungry people, and they all went!

  3. We use this same recipe for quick pizza crust with warm water and some olive oil… just place the dough flat in a frying pan to cook the bottom, add toppings and finish under the broiler: “Cheat’s pizza”
