Training 2.0

This past week I’ve been pushing myself to train for Seek the Peak.  Here’s what I’ve done so far:

2 runs x 13 km = 26 km

1 x stairs + some high intensity interval training (HIIT)

My goal is to do 100 miles in 30 days.  That is pretty much 21 km per week.  So far I’m on track.

I start my training clinic in April.  And I am going to try a bootcamp next week.

Slowly but surely… 😀

PS.  This is what I saw the other day by our house when I went for a run 🙂  Amazing!
