Whole30: Day 2

IMG_0262Here’s a recap of Day 2 of my Whole30 program:


2 fried eggs (with no oils and a little salt, pepper, and savoury)
10 raw cherry tomatoes


3 small chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
10 raw cherry tomatoes
Dessert: 4 Raw Vegan Cookies and a cup of tea with freshly squeezed lemon juice

Dinner: We went to a friend’s birthday party and the only things I could actually eat were:

Grilled steak (with salt and pepper)
Watermelon, apple, and a banana for dessert

😀  So I had quite a bit of protein today.  I’m planning on sticking to a more plant-based day tomorrow.

My workout of the day was quite simple:

Repeated 3 times:
20 push-ups
25 sit-ups
20 squats
80 jumping jacks
