Today was a beautiful sunny day and also very busy with the kids.  They had so much energy but refused to go to the park.  Maybe because the sun was too strong.  So we stayed home but apart from the 2 hour nap my little one had, there wasn’t really a break. 😀

Here’s my on-the-go menu today:

Breakfast

  • 1 Cup coffee with almond milk
  • Grapes & a peach

Lunch

Dinner

  • Roasted potatoes (Cut potatoes in a roasting pan, drizzle olive oil, sprinkle with your favourite herbs and spices, cover with foil and bake.  Remove foil 10 min before potatoes are ready in order to get them crispy.  Serve after they cool down for 10 min)
  • Tomatoes
  • Prosciutto
  • A piece of Almond Cake
