I finished the linen stitch cowl so I thought I’d post an update with pictures. I like the way it turned out. I started knitting it with a toddler size in mind but it’s a perfect fit for an adult too. The colours are fantastic and this stitch makes the transitions so much better and more interesting. You can really see the ombré effect.

Thank you. I used a soft acrylic for this one – DK weight. After it’s done, it really feels like linen fabric 🙂 It’s a beautiful stitch! 🙂 The pattern I made up myself. I just cast on 120 sts on circular needles and kept knitting until I had the length I wanted. Pretty much when I ran out of yarn lol I used one skein only. 🙂
