I had chocolate pudding for breakfast today. 😀 The kids loved it too. Thanks to Martha Stewart, we enjoyed a super yummy and healthy (yes, healthy) breakfast. Here’s the recipe:
3 avocados
6 tbs cocoa powder
1/4 cup raw honey (I used maple syrup)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
sea salt for sprinkling (I skipped this part)
I also added 1/2 cup coconut water because the avocados were too thick.
Also, I added 1/2 a pear
Place everything in a blender. Except for the sea salt if you are using any. Blend until smooth. Pour into small serving bowls and enjoy. YUM!
Love this recipe thank you for sharing
You’re welcome. My pleasure 🙂
I can get behind pudding for breakfast 🙂

This is going to become one of my top puddings now I’m eating low carb again!
Sweet! It’s so good we finished the batch at once. 😀
Yum I’m going to book mark this for future use.
It’s really good 🙂
Chocolate pudding = chocolate gravy to eat with biscuits an my sisters house. So good!
Sweeeet!!! 🙂
I saw Martha demonstrate this recipe on the Today show and have been hooked on it since. It’s sooooooo good.
It is, isn’t it?! I love it. And my kids are young enough to think this is actually chocolate 😉 haha We will see how long this will last. But I don’t mind them eating a lot of this pudding. 😀
I wonder if I can substitute avocados with bananas?
I was wondering the same thing too. I don’t always have avocados but I almost always have bananas. Let me know how it turns out if you try it. 🙂 Great idea!
I saw that show but I don’t like avocados. I will let you know.
